My Favorite Pulling Tractor | My popaw bught some land and there was an old B john deere on it and the old guy said that the tractor was gonna go with the land. The tractor use to be well known in the community, but it had set up for years, the sheet metal looked alright, but the tractor hadn't ran in years. I was in the 5th grade when we got the tractor. My popaw already had some other old tractors, but they never really got me intrested. But for some reason I just loved that tractor and everyday after school I would come home and we would work on it. After a while we got it to run and just painted over it to make it look a little better. After a while my popaw said that I could have the tractor since I liked it so much and worked on it. So, a boy that lives up the road from me took me to a couple tractor pulls and I decided I was gonna try it with the B. I did and of course it didnt do good. So I started saving up my money, in the mean time me and my dad painted it up really nice. But after about 2 years of saving I got enough money to buy bigger tires and bore it out. I just got the motor back about 3 weeks ago and pulled it at the Belwood tractot pull and got two third places with it. But theres still more work to be done. Im in the 9th grade now and have accumulated a couple other pulling tractors, but I still like this one the best. Eric Self, NC, entered 2004-09-16 My Email Address: Not Displayed |

I dropped off the tractor expecting a transformation from a 6 volt to a 12 volt system utilizing the original generator housing, and a total rewiring of the whole tractor. The front end center pin bushing was worn also so I ask that they replace it if they had time. Well, that’s wha
