I have a 94 ford 4x4 with 300 six engine. Last night I had the charger on it for about an hour to top it off because I had been making many short trips across the yard without much time to recharge. So then started to take a little trip and the volt meter fluttered for at least a mile. I decided to put a load on it and turned on the headlights and EVERYTHING went dead. Every light, gauge and the engine just went off like I turned the key off. I turned off the lights and pushed the clutch a few seconds and released it and it started up again. I turned around and went back home and tried the lights a few more times and at first all was normal and it died one more time. After that no more problems. I have seen many things go wrong with trucks over the years but have never had that happen. Any ideas what I should check????
