I agree with you guys and am going through the same thing right now. My old man passed away over the winter and the farm land has been rented for about 10 years now. Most of the equipment hasn't been used for a few years and it won't get used sitting around the farm. I hate to scrap it, but I don't want it sitting around for another couple of years waiting to find a buyer.
