I don't like to scrap anything. After everybody else does,I'm the only source left for some of this stuff. Proved that a couple of months ago with some packer wheels. A year ago, there was a steel wheeled hay rake on a local consignment sale. I had one just like it down back. I watched the one on the auction sell, then went up to the backup bidder and told him I had one just like it that I'd sell for his last bid. He came and got it. This stuff looks a whole lot different when it's out on a place where the grass has been cut. Haul it out on the lawn in season and hang a for sale sign on it if you don't want it. You'll be amazed how fast some of it'll go.
