Im not an Allis mechanic but Im a Cummins mechanic.On your protrusion you want your cylinders next to each other closer.Like if one is .002 and the next is .005,it would be a lot better to be .003 next to .002 than .005.Make sense?The more mismatched your protrusion of your liners is,across the surface,the better of a chance of blowing a head gasket.Cummins is not more than .002 difference,dont know about Allis.
There might be thinner gaskets.A parts man should know.Call Agco and ask them if there are different thickness gaskets for your engine.Then if that doesnt help,see what the thickness of a Fel Pro is compared to a Victor or whatever they sell at a parts store.
