That sounds to me like a very good harassment charge and maybe a good lawsuit. since they followed you around for awhile before pulling you over they broke the law and then accused you of having drugs with no proof od what you had if they put that on their report go for them. Its time these cops learned this is not the 50s where they were the law ans to "H" with anyone else. Don't sit back and do nothing as this can go on your record and follow you around for years.
