unleaded gas

Been reading lots of the posts here the last couple of weeks since I bought my Massey Ferguson 50 and got to wondering since it was built in 1956 and gas was of the leaded variety, am I going to experience any problems using the regular unleaded gas? Should I be adding relead or similar product? Or can I just expect certain kinds of repairs associated with it?
