Yes, a heck of a man and a friend in deed. I haven't been around much lately and I haven't got to these lynching posts you are talking about yet Allan. If someone is bad mouthing Howard AKA Cowman They don't know the true character of the man. He drove miles out of his way just to say howdy to me a couple of weeks ago and left behind a Christmas gift I will surely enjoy and share with even more friends soon. His dedication to the hobby goes well beyond making a dollar on old iron and is reminiscent of the farm people I grew up with long ago. A handshake carries much more significance with those people than most today. IF Howard leaves here I am sure I won't be here as often either. As far as ego. That is just silly. The man is as humble as they come. Perhaps his thought out few word responses have just been to accurate for some. No soap box just fact.
