We've established in the past that I know nothing when it comes to green paint so that this with a grain of salt, but... Were this an IH tractor, I'd be looking first for leaking hydraulic oil. If that's not a problem, I'd probably pull the hydraulic hoses to the power-steering cylinder (one at a time), stick it in a bucket and see what kind of flow you get, when the steering wheel is stationary and when you're turning it. I'd probably pull the right one first so you know what to expect, then the left one. If flow seems dramatically less on the left side, then I'd check for a constriction in the hose. Failing that, I'd think about pulling the power-steering actuator behind the steering wheel and giving it a good look over (or have a hydraulic shop check it for you.) Don't forget to refill your hydraulic oil and bleed the air out of the system. Something else I'd check (first) is to see if you hear a pressure-relief valve chattering, especially during a left-turn. If so, that'd be where I'd start. But like I said, I'm an IH guy. My one green tractor (an A) doesn't have any power-steering. So good luck with that.
