HELP! chevy truck flooding out- bad

i have a 1987 chevy s-10 2.5 4cyl. when i turn the key on the fuel punp comes on and the injector clicks. if i crank it for a few seconds and then shut the key off, the fuel pump will stay running and completely fill the carb with gas, and start over flowing all over for 10 seconds or more, then shuts off.. i had so much gas in the engine it siezed. i pulled the plugs out and crank it. WOW what a mess. i have tryed everthing{i think}. i have a complete running parts truck that i have been swapping parts with. i have changed fuel pump, sending unit, regulator, injector, computer, and carb. please help..thanks
