ya'll live in West TN? Sounds like some things that have been done here at one time or another... We're in the Emminent Domain thing here right now. Local power company tried to buy a farm to build a new office and shop on and the owner refused to sell. I mean heck I don't know why, the farm has only been in his family for a mere 5 generations.... Anyway they started wanting 28 acres, now they are in the process of having all 66 acres condemed so they can have it all. Politics, don't ya just love it??
