My inderstanding is that the overhaul kit for the 4010 uses 4020 sleeves and pistons---uprating the 6380 engine to 6404 specifications. I don't think that there is much other difference. You cannot buy sleeves and pistons for the 6380 any more, so, only an untouched, never overhauled 4010 could still have the original engine!
