Hello, I am new to this site and enjoy it very much. Thought I'd see if there is someone out there that might be able to help me? I have a Continental F162 gas engine that drives an old crawler. Engine is missing the distributor. The parts manual calls for an Auto-lite distributor No. IAD 6004 1C. I have run accross two replacements that look to be identical, however, part nombers are a bit different. One is IAD 6004 1B and the other ends in 1E. The only difference being the last digit in the part number. I am hoping someone might know if either of these would work in my engine. Thanks for reading.
