Easiest way is to take them to an injector shop and have them tested. They can check spray pattern, cracking pressure, and make any minor adjustments that may be needed. The shop I use only charges $5. ea. to check them, considerably cheaper than buying an injector tester for a one time use. When you did your valves did you check the set out dimension? If you just ground them and the seats, you may have a hard start problem, or low speed miss caused by the valves being sunk down in the head too far.
