Robert: Without the model number and serial number one can't be certain. However if you are certain it's one of those two it's most likely 424 as I doubt 404 ever reached those numbers. 11032 is beginning serial number for 1968 the last year of production, however the history show only about 1000 - 404 per year being built. 424 is another story 13627 beginning of 1967, the last year, however IH were turning out about 6,000 of these per year. But there are a couple of others you can't rule out either; 444, 454 or 464.
