Very safe and done all the time by the field engineers from Detroit. They are attempting to establish the center of gravity of competitive vehicles. He has passed all of the Company sponsered safety training and has placed the truck strategically close to the building so that if the vehicle decides to flip over the building will stop it and protect the pedestrians on the sidewalk. Her is wearing a safety belt. You can see he is also using reverse polarity on the special lower hydrostatic de-homodulator dispersment controlled welder to establish the transverse center of gravity line. Later he tipped it on end near a tree to establish the fore-aft line.
