Are you saying the crankcase is full above the dipstick hole? It will certainly smoke a lot if this is the case!!!! - as well as stressing the crank as it hits the liquid. Does it have a fuel lift pump? If so check it's not leaking through this, straight into the sump. Check the injectors' pop-pressure as this may have been set wrongly - but not likely. Regards,RAB
