Well heres the solution. Oh though I'm quite sure some one else has all ready thought about. Powder coating!! Now some of you here are probably familer with the procces. Racers and tractor pullers have used it for years. Well I aquired an AC/C in a trade a few weeks ago. It was all ready painted up. Just needed a few details taken care of. The rusty exhaust was one of them. A blown head gasket and slightly leaky radiator. Well I happened to stop by a buddy of mine's that does sand drags. Took one look at his powder coated headers and decided that was what I needed. Just so happens we have a place hear in youngstown that does it. He used some new stuff he called aluma-coat. Cost me 75 bucks but it looks great, won't ever rust, WONT burn off, Its good to 1800 Degrees. AND NEVER needs painted agian, thats the best part. Just figured I would share this idea with you guys.
