There are so many of you to THANK, I truly appreciate your information that you have so kindly furnished to me with identifying my newly bought Farmall. The word "thanks" don't seem enough but that's the best I can think of. So, I have switched the gas and water caps as suggested, you were "right on the money". To Old, there are no numbers or plates behind the seat(of which looks original). The last set of numbers that I can locate are the numbers 47684 D, located on the end of the steering middle post like, on the front. I guess now it's time to come up with some manuals. IF ALL OF YOU DON'T MIND I MAY BE CALLING UPON YOU IN THE FUTURE TO HELP ME AS I DIVE INTO THIS PROJECT. Oh, one last shot, on the oil pan there are two (side by side) small levers to open and shut??
