Hey fellows, I need some help figuring out how to hook up a Cole Planter (older model) to my 3 point on my Kubota L245. Neighbor called and asked me if I wanted the planter and I said sure, I"d take a look at it. Very little rust and looked good. Started talking and he told me to take it home. I said "HUH?", he said I could have it sine he no longer had a use for it. It look like it might have been used on an older "A" Farmal, but I"d like to fit it to my Kubota. Any ideas. Also, how high should the poin of pull be on somethng like this? I thought about building a hitch for the draw bar and a bar across for the lift arms to raise and lower it. There is a sliding short bar just in front of the planter box that I could bolt the 3-point bar to and the very front of the planter could piviot from the drawbar. I guess just figuring out how hig the draw point needs to be is my problem. Any Help?????
