...been noticing a trend here that is both amusing and I would think annoying to the original poster; Poster asks a question and gets answers that are completely irrelevant to the question. A couple of recent examples: Guy from accross the Pond posts a question asking if Rte 66 can be traveled in a motor home...almost immediately gets answers pertaining to roads in Canada and elsewhere. Not even an attempt to answer the question as asked and then segue into something else; eg: "Sure you can travel Rte 66 in a motor home, parts of it aren't there any more, some are really fun and nostalgic, long distances between services...I would also suggest that if you get the chance maybe you would enjoy traveling (enter road name here)in Canada as it is beautiful and nostalgic also." Today some poor guy posts a question pertaining to the power of his Farmall H and it's ability (or lack thereof) to pull a running gear in the 2 highest gears as he would like to give hay rides. Immediately he gets a wing dinger of a lecture on the safety of the practice of pulling hay rides in town in the 2 highest gears. I am sure that eventually some very knowledgeable people answered both questions appropriately, and the poster went away happy, but c'mon...some people just wanna see their own ramblings posted I guess!
