Kind of screwed up and didn't take a bull out to action until a month or so late. So, we're still getting a few calves- 10 in the past month.
I went down to feed this evening and noticed another cow alone down in the bottom. So I called my grandson and he ran her up into the barn after we chased the herd out. Got her into a nice bedded pen, and finished feeding. Then I went and cleaned out afew more lanes. We had about three inches of snow and a quarter of an inch of ice last night. Then I went back to check on the cow, and got some pretty neat pictures over the next 45 minutes.
