Friends have a foal for sale.Their first one and they are a little excited because the people didn't even question the high price they were asking. We live in the middle of Germany and the buyers are supposedly from Holland and picking up (picked up) another foal in Switzerland and would pick the one of our friends on the way back home. Needed to spend the night somewhere so asked our friends if they could put the foal they picked up in Sland on the pasture with theirs over night and they would stay in a hotel and go load both up at 1100 today.... Friends got up, had breakfast/done chores around the house and went to the pasture about 1000 to get the two foals ready to load and take care of money/paperwork..... Got there and the only thing on the pasture was the old gelding babysitter........ No proof that the foal is theirs other than pictures because they were too cheap to have it microchipped, no registration papers/DNA stuff cause they never found time to do it then the "buyers" said they'd take care of it.. Just anxious to see what the cops turn up. Live and learn I guess.....
