Most likely problem by far is a bad o-ring in the check valve located in the rear of seat. The teledepth valve itself is not fitted close enough to hold a load that is why they use check valves on all fast hitch tractors. Early models had single one hose check valve, later ones had double so it will hold cyl in both directions like lifting the rear of tractor. Could be cyl but I doubt that. Easy to tell, with load lifted, engine off, remove hose that is not supporting load at the check valve, and if fluid comes out of hose, cyl leaking, fluid coming out of port hose taken out of at check valve, then check valve is leaking.
