Are you sure the M and H ones won't work? I'm not sure, but I think think the pn is 6161D. I bought them for my H and MD and they had them for around $3 each. It adds up when it is all over!
Edit - By the way I know nothing about C's so you would have to ask your dealer or take your C ones in there and compare them to an M. The second time I needed them I pondered cutting them out of a sidewall of a tire. Should do the same thing for way less money.
And the retainers...you don't want to buy more unless you really need them. And the bolts...you really don't want to buy those!!!
Double Edit - I don't think it is a D...maybe an H for the big tractors. I looked last night, but I forgot again. I am positive of the 6161 part!
