I have a Int #37 12 foot wheel disc ,had it for 40 years I guess. I have a question about the leveling crank. As those you you familar with it know the threaded crank goes down to and through a threaded boss with two tangs that go into the disc to raise or lower the front. Well mine seem to have the threads in the tang stripped so I welded a nut of the same size on it. Now I can only turn the crank a small amount. Not enought ot do any good. What did I do wrong? Thank you for reading this.
