42" x 10" rear steel and 22 1/2" x 4 front steel was standard on USA reactors. Available rubber sizes in the USA on a very limited basis were; 12.75 x 24 (changed to 12 then to 13.6 modern), 13.50 x 24 (changed to 13 then 14.9 modern), 12 x 30 (13.6 modern) and 13 x 30 (14.9 modern) rear and 6:00 x 16 and 6:50 x 16 front on a limited basis. Since your tractor has 28" rims, obviously different sizes were available in Australia. I would suggest 14.9 x 28 for you tractor since 13.50 x 28 changed to 13 x 28 then to 14.9 x 28 modern.
