Ardie dont worry so much of torquing the rocker arm just get them good and snug they'll be fine.I give you a good tip to put the seals on? if you take and old spark plug break the porcealin out of it braze a fitting to fit you air hose thread it in the plug hole put up to 100 psi in cyl colaspe the spring and remove then replace seal be carefull not to push real hard on valve stem if you drop a valve you are going to be pulling the head.
