What is the proper way to jump start a 6 volt positive ground with a 12 volt negitive grounded system? Is it necessary to remove the terminals on the 12 volt system before the cables are installed? Here is the way I think they should be connected 6v + to 12v - and 6v - to 12v + . Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Jim
