Well, I went to pump the tires up today to drag it home and discovered the air/calcium adapter in one tube had corroded away. Ordered a new one at NAPA and hope I can make it seal long enuf to get it home. Stupid question.. Where the "H" is the dipstick for the engine in this thing? I found a petcock on the oil pan, it had nice black oil in it at that level, no water. Good thing tho...the ring chains are still on it. They are worth what I paid for the tractor!I think I'll pop them off before it goes for the little drive up the street. I promise I won't pop the clutch. Today I found out the muffler has been off most of the last three years, even tho it was on when I went to look at the tractor. I think it will be a soak it for the duration project. Wish I could find that turpentime I had found somewhere this summer.. THanks for all the info guys!
