Hello everybody Today our 1660 combine with a cummins started acting up. Its like its laking power. Changed both fuel filters twice and inside of 1/2 to 1 hour same thing, back to lossing power. Were going to pull the fuel line off from the tank to the first filter in the daylight tomorrow morning and see if the strainer in the tank could be is clogged. Was just wondering if maybe the lift pump on the moter could be going and if anybody else has had this proplem. This is the cummins type and uses a lift pump like older cars had that were driven of the cam in the motor. And not like our old 1440 intenational that used an electric lift pump down on the side. Thanks in advance for the help and have a good harvest and a safe one.
