Also depends on what else is wrong with it. As to the engine, a complete overhaul-pistons, sleeves, head work, reground crank, perhaps a reground cam, will be in excess of $1500, just for parts. I have a 460U that I bought in running condition, decided to completely overhaul the engine, low compression on two cylinders, needed cam, crank, and head work -- $1800+.
