It may be hanging up coming out of gears....bad clutch adjustment,wrong trans fluid,or worn shifter stem.Or if it has TA,it could be slipping. As for PTO,it could have an independent PTO.You would need info off the serial plate. Nowhere does a 350U say "D350" on the hood.It would say Diesel 350 Utility.
