I put a live pump on my M last summer and the price of the pump is just the tip of the iceburg. Hyd. hoses and brass swivels will eat you up. I added the live pump, 2 spool valves, 1 for 3 point and 1 for loader, added Hyd trip for the loader. Mounted the resivoir on the axle. I added a power divider for the power steering. I have over $2000 invested, but it sure is sweet to work with.
