Mornin Paul, I can relate to what your saying, even nothing like that has ever happened to me. I can see myself breaking out in a cold sweat hearing news like that! As bad as that news could have been, the good Lord kept you and your family healthy which much more important than a piece of property. So glad to see things worked out for the best! scotty
