This may be a litle long, but here we go.Buddy was laid to rest today. He had an old M,serial tag says 44.I know the engine was replaced with IH repalcement engine, tranny case was changed, but insides were reused, most every part over its liftime had been repalced or rebuilt. Now heres the kicker, with excpetion to the torque tube, hardly anything is origianl to the same tractor that was built in 44,and most of the parts, with exception to the engine came from the same parts tractor,a 46 m,so would you call it a 44 or a 46?
