So it's no go at all when you have the engine running, select a gear and let out the clutch. Nothing happens. No noise, no nothing, not enev the slightest bit of drive? Will it slip into a gear from neutral with the clutch out? But if you try to tow it , it stops the truck, the rear wheels lock up? It's baffling. I don't have any section drawings of the 460 drive train. If I were going to tow a tractor to start it I'd probably use a high gear like 4th or higher. Not sure towing this machine is a good idea though. It's a planetary type TA on the fly, not a gear type hi/lo?
