Since you have a 1941 vintage model B I am going to assume that it is a Magneto rather than a Distributor ignition system. You will need to aquire an Alternator, some 12 volt light bulbs and a 12 volt battery. You will also have to get a different length Alternator belt since the old one will be to long. Since you have a Magneto the only thing that the system runs is the starter and lights so you will have nothing to do as far as the engine is conserned. If the amp meter shows discharge when the engine is running just swap the wires on the guage. For a complete run down on this whole thing go the left side of this page and search thru the "Articles" on the Research and Info section.
