I have an IH 6 out of a 715 combine ,I need to identify. The book says that all 715's had the 301 but the numbers on this engine don't say that.I looked in the same place on my D282 and gas 220 pickup engine and the numbers in question are 403C and 11 294 the 294 is in the same location as the 282 and 220 on the other engines,I never heard of a 294 and could not find it in any books.Does anybody know what I have here thanks..
