I have a student who just completed the overhaul of his grandfather's '49 Cub in our school shop. Some of the wiring had been switched over the years and we are having a hard time helping him correct wiring problems. Local IH dealer was able to provide the generic diagrams from their manuals, but their diagrams show a 3-lug regulator mounted on the top of the magneto. This tractor has a 3 lug cutout relay (I think) on top of the generator. All wiring is original 6 volt and we hope to keep it that way. Light switch is a 4 position switch. Would anyone have a copy of a schematic wiring diagram that you can help us out with? So far the archives haven't been of much help on this model. Thanks
