Slow Hydraulics after getting hot

I have 300U and my hydraulics (for the loader) work decent when the system is cold and warm.... but after it gets worked say an hour or so later when the system is hot ... the hydraulics will not have enough to even lift the bucket. Any ideas on what could be wrong or what to look for? Thanks ...
