I finally got to replacing the bolster bushings on my H, so far so good but I have a couple of questions: The lower bushing has a hole in it about half-way up,does this need to align with the grease zerk opening, the old one did not?,and the bolster pivot shaft has some free play up and down, under the thrust bearing there is one spacer on it,does it need to be shimmed up snug, the shop manual I have doesn't mention any spacers? Thanks in advance, Matt
