About my John Deere 56 | Well, a few years ago my aunt gave me her riding mower after she died . IT was a John Deere 56 well I decided to restore it. I started restoring this mower in 1995 So I did bought a new motor for it and pulls for the motor, drive belts, blade belts, new tires, transmission grears in the rearend, and repainted it too . well this has a been a big project to work on the few years . It has taking me a long time to restore. I replace the decals on it to the the fiberglass shell. Painted it too . I have done a whole alot to this riding mower trying to bring to back like it has when it was bought. finshed it in 2002. it really cost me alot of money but it was all worth it in the long run.
