Gravely Blues | I can't believe this myself. Some young family, who had moved into a house in my community, had a gorgeous Gravely 818T sitting next to the trash can. I was driving by on Monday afternoon when I saw it. I pulled over and asked the couple about it. They said they found it on the property and aleady had one (a John Deere Diesel), and the decided to trash the old one on the property. So I asked them if I could have it, and they gave it to me without accepting the 400 that I offered them for it. The restoration process is currently underway, and I am happy to say, that the thing is not missing anything except the Mower Deck. Yet, when I tried to start it, it woudn't start. I will keep all who are reading posted with another report soon. Steven Wood Steven Wood, from VA, entered 2002-05-12 |
