1650 water pump

I put my 1650 in the shop this morning to start trying to get the lights working again and noticed water seeping from the weep hole. Came inside and started looking for a replacement. Of course mine takes the most expensive of the three available, serial number breaks don't you know. Questioning if it would be better to just go ahead and buy a replacement or pull the old one off and try a rebuild kit? My luck whichever I do I should have done it the other way.

Gas or diesel? If diesel direct injection or Lanova engine? You have a press? I used to rebuild one in about an hour? The expense is in the bearing. My e-mail is open if you have questions. J.

I have to laugh. I took mine to the dealer one time to have then press the pulley off so I didn't break it,then they broke it.

The setup after the pulley came off. I torched it from a RR track plate. The job saved enough to pay for the press.
