Are those 8N crawler tracks and wheels worth anything?

There's an 8N for sale, and has the tracks and tag wheels for sale. The rest of the tractor isn't very good and he's asking $3500. Does not currently run, and is not very good looking.

I was thinking of offering $2500, if I could make the engine start.

Are they bombardier or ARPS tracks. Bombardier have rubber between the tracks, which tend to deteriorate over time and could be costly to fix, ARPS tracks are connected with
steel chain. Also check boogie wheels/tires. In my area even $2500 would be too high

They look like the rubber kind in the picture. Seem to be in good shape from what I see. Sounds like I should just let it go.

Oops, they are the kind with the steel chain and have gaps between the tracks. No rubber. Still way overpriced though.
