CR rake... bar installation

What is the best way to reinstall one of the bars on a CR rake. I got the end repaired but I cant line up the hole to install it (too long) Does a person have to loosen the rest of the bars or just have the cast end caps in as far as they can go for installation?

There is a note in setup book. There may be slight difficulty installing the six bolts through the reel supports. To remedy this temporarily loosen the jam nuts on both ends of the 9 stripper bars

Im not sure that is going to do it. I just need to install one bar on to each end of the steel disc. Im about 1 past the hole with the other end installed.

Should go back on same way as came off.

It should but there was extra play in the worn end so it came off more easily.
