First Moline model with factory 3 point

R or Z had the "Hitchor " Falls into a grey area as MM had others with the Avery models previous to the 335/445/5 Star in 1957.

The R model MM would have been the first to have something like a 3 point in 1951 or 52 called a hitchor.
The models BF and BG were next with a factory three point in 1953.
I understand that there were 3 point hitches available from MM that were built by another company for use on the Z-ZB and U-UB. These were operated by linkage to the factory cultivator lifting roll.
None of these had any draft control.
The first ones that had draft control were in 1956 and were on the 335 and 445 models.
The 5 Star had a three point in 1957.
The first 335 and 445 models had the early hydraulic system on which the draft control never worked very well. MM offered replacement tel-o-flo systems to replace the early systems. Not all of them were replaced. Tel-o-flo systems have 2 levers on the plate that bolts on top of the valve body. The early systems have a blank plate.
I don't think any of the 5 stars had the early systems, at least I have never seen one.
