I was on the property talking to the late owner a few years ago. He was an equipment hoarder.. There might be 20 wide front ends alone on the place not counting 3-points. I know that there are at least 4 F-20s (one with starter), F-30, regular, 2 Ms (one with heavy 3-pt and WFE), MD with heavy 3pt and M&W hand clutch, 2 460s, couple of JD?s, some MM, probably 10 loaders, goosenecks, flatbeds, stock trailers, OTR tucks, pickups (1 ?79 dodge 4X4 with 260, 4spd with about 30k miles). Unbelievable what is on this 5 acres?like a packed salvage yard. Back when scrap was $100, I figured there might be close to 50K alone (guessing between 400 and 500 tons). You would have to wait for winter to even see half of what might be there. From bushogs, blades, wagons with hoists, OTR flatbeds and boxes, water and fuel tanks (1 tank must be 5k gallons +)?just unreal. The pictures on the auction site only show about the first 100 feet. This is a money-making opportunity if you have the time and resources to get this stuff to auction. This place has trucks, trailers, equipment, loaders, tractors weights, tools, etc.
