Tried to remove the governer on my tractor. It's a uts.Removing the 4 bolts into the block does not seem to allow me to remove it. I can turn it but not remove it. I managed to free it up and get it working by removing the 4 smaller screws and removing the sheet metal cover. OK so I didn't have to remove the governer to free it up but now the gasket is damaged and I'd have to remove it to replace the gasket. Can someone explain how it comes apart?
